Terms & Conditions

Payment is due at check-out.  Payment for custom orders is needed to get started on the order.  For custom orders, a sample will be made and a photo sent to the customer for final approval before the order is completed. Orders of in-stock items will be shipped within 1 business day.  Custom orders require a reasonable amount of time to design, make a sample and complete the order.  I always ship via air-mail. Registered mail with a tracking number will be available for merchandise totals over $20.00.  Please let me know if you have a preference regarding registered mail.  (someone must be available when the mail carrier comes to sign for the package and many people are away at work)  Returns of in-stock items are accepted for 14 days for any reason and return shipping is to be paid by the customer.   In most cases returns of custom-made patches cannot be accepted,  please contact me and we will try to accommodate you to your satisfaction.  In the rare event that an order is lost during shipping, we will gladly send you a replacement.  Shipping time is generally 18-22 days worldwide based on my experience, but I ask that you please allow for customs and the post office to complete their processes and that arrival can possibly be up to 4 weeks in those rare instances  This can and does vary depending on the country and time of year.  All packages must pass through customs before being released to the post office for delivery.  I ship quickly, but I have no control over customs and the postal system.  Expedited services are available at the customers discretion.  We prefer FedEx.  Should the customer choose an expedited carrier, exact shipping charges must be paid for by the customer.
