Custom Order Reserved For Saul June 2024

I want to put in an order for 20 of the size that you sent me- 2.5x4. Is $5.50 still the rate, per patch?
And within this shipment will you include the 6in that was not fulfilled from the initial order, and possibly throw in a 1.25x2 (small)? We are thinking about how these will look on sweaters and button up shirts.
