The black stitched border is hand stitched by myself, which takes about an hour. If you want a different color stitch, or any patch with border stitch, please let me know and I can do it for you.
Red pirate flags have a unique and interesting history and did exist. The black ones we’re all familiar with symbolized that “quarter would be given”, meaning the opponent had the option to surrender and live. The red pirate flags meant “no quarter shall be given”, meaning that there was no opportunity to surrender, it was only fight until death.
